When do I need a redemption code?

You will need a redemption code if you purchased any of Osmo's digital-only games.

The redemption code is sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. If you can't find it, please make sure to check your spam folder first. If you need a replacement redemption code, you can request it through our contact form.

Once you use the redemption code, the games will be unlocked forever on your myOsmo account. This means that the games can be downloaded and played on multiple devices signed in to your myOsmo account, regardless of whether it's an Amazon Fire tablet or an iPad.
