The following Fire tablets require the use of either the new Reflector for Fire Tablets (2021) or the orange Fire reflector adapter (neither of these items are included in any Osmo kit):
- Fire HD 8 (10th Generation)
- Fire HD 10 (11th Generation)
- Fire HD 8 (12th Generation)
The other compatible Fire tablet models will work fine without the new reflector or reflector adapter.
To obtain the 2021 Reflector for Fire, please head over to the Amazon webstore in your region.
We would be happy to offer an Osmo store credit for any verified 2021 Reflector for Fire purchased on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca as these are the only regions where Osmo store credits are currently useable.

While you're waiting for the new reflector to arrive, we'd like to share a temporary workaround that *may* work for your device: roll a piece of paper or place a #2 pencil in between the tablet and the reflector to raise the reflector up a little bit.
