What is your return policy?

This policy applies to orders placed on the PlayOsmo.com or BYJUSLearning.com websites only. Orders placed with retail partners (Amazon, Apple, etc.) are subject to the associated return policy of that company.

U.S. customers:

  • U.S. customers may request to return their PlayOsmo.com order if the order was delivered within the last 30 days. Please email the support team to obtain a prepaid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label.
  • Without this label the return may not be credited to the card associated with the order.
  • Further, once that label is emailed, the customer has 30 days to ensure that the product is returned, otherwise the Return Material Authorization will expire and cannot be extended.

Customers in countries other than the U.S.:

  • Customers in countries outside of the U.S. may request to return their PlayOsmo.com order if the order was delivered within the last 30 days. Please email the support team to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) label. Note that the return must be paid for by the customer.
  • Without this label the return may not be credited to the card associated with the order. 
  • Further, once that label is emailed, the customer has 30 days to ensure that the product is returned, otherwise the Return Material Authorization will expire and cannot be extended.

Reading Adventure Product & Subscription Purchases:
We feel confident that children will love Reading Adventure, however, if a customer finds that Reading Adventure isn't quite right for their child, they may request a return of their Reading Adventure subscription bundle (multiple months) within 15 calendar days of receipt of the first subscription box only. Monthly subscription purchases can be paused or cancelled at any time, however boxes that have shipped or processed cannot be returned or refunded.


General Return Instructions:

Customers in all regions will need to print the return label themselves, affix the label to the outside of a shipping box, and drop off the box at the local mail carrier's office. 

Refund Processing:
As soon as the return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will issue the associated refund and send an email notification as such. Refunds are applied to the credit card used to place the order, and funds will post to the bank statement within 5-10 business days after they are issued. 
Osmo credits (if any were used) will be restored to the PlayOsmo.com account accordingly.

Digital-only app or bundle purchases on PlayOsmo.com:
The same refund policy applies to a digital-only app or bundle purchases made on PlayOsmo.com. If you request a return within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund, and Osmo credits (if any were used) will be restored to the PlayOsmo.com account used for the purchase.

Digital-only app or bundle purchases from retail partners:
If you have purchased digital-only Osmo apps from the Apple or Amazon App Store, please reach out to them directly regarding your refund. Osmo cannot assist with these cases.

Physical product exchanges or buy-backs:
We don't currently offer a buy-back program or process exchanges.
