What happens if I lose or break a red reflector?

If you lose or break a reflector, you may purchase a new one on our website, in the Accessories section:

Please note that we no longer sell the classic iPad base reflector since that base was discontinued in August 2019. We're unable to provide free replacements for classic iPad base reflectors since they are permanently out of stock.

If you have purchased a new Osmo product including an Osmo base (from our website or a retailer), and a reflector was missing or defective, please submit a replacement request.

Please see the image below to determine which reflector model you need. The image shows:

(A) classic iPad base & reflector (discontinued, no longer available);
(B) newly designed iPad base & reflector;
(C) Fire tablet base & reflector.
