There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo base only; most of the other physical pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason (with the exception of the Creative Board, markers, and fuzzy pouch).
If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you must send us your broken base (base + reflector) first. Please reach out to email@example.com for assistance with that process. While we do not replace lost bases, we do sell them on our site, www.playosmo.com, for $19 USD.
