What happens if I lose or break a game play piece or reflector?

We're happy to say that Osmo offers replacement game play pieces and red reflectors free of charge, within reason.

To submit an electronic request, simply log in to your myOsmo account (or create an account if you don’t already have one) and:

1. Click on your name in the top right corner
2. Select "Replacements" from the dropdown menu and fill out the form

We'll send you an email confirmation that we received your replacement game piece request, and another once shipped. Note that replacements are sent via USPS/Post once per week.

(Note that we do not supply replacement Osmo bases free of charge, however, they are available for sale on our site www.playosmo.com).
