How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed on www.playosmo.com take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e. Monday - Friday) to process before they are ready for shipment.  During promotions and holidays, this processing time can be longer.  Business hours are Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, as well as the estimated delivery date and tracking number.  It takes all carriers (FedX, UPS, USPS) 24 business hours to update their tracking status.

When estimating the cumulative lead time for an order to arrive, please pay special attention to both the order process time and the carrier transit time.
